"T"

Time for the next post..... Esp after a nice cup of "Tea" served to me by my hubby...(he he...) am here to share my woes of making "TEAAAAAAAA".........
This is probably one of the things i hate the most on earth "to make teaaaaaaaaaaa"...
Inspite of the innumerable attempts to make good "T", i have managed to taste only failure....My spouse being the worst victim....
Ironically , have won many accolades for my cooking skills,quite famous for my "aloo and garlic rasam" amidst my friends.....Cuisines like "avial and paal payasam" seem quite simpler in comparison to that....but "tea" always creates "T"...(tension.....this time)
Every time i taste good "Tea" , i immediately get into the details abt the brand etc etc....
Best efforts to make tea with various concentrations of milk,water and tea powder have only shattered my confidence...
Probably the only couple who wud have ended up visiting a "tea factory " during their honeymoon ,
with attempts to buy the "best quality tea leaves", after my conclusion about the "problem with the Tea powder and not my preparation...."
My worst fear after marriage was " spoiling my reputation among my in-laws, by making tea"... Thanks to my stars for saving me from that ....
Jus googled the "Phobias-list" to check if therez something related to "T".... Guess i can coin a new term something like " Camelliophobia" (Camellia sinensis - binomial name for a tea plant) - thanks to wikipedia...rather poor in biology....
Some sign of relief atlast ,becoz my spouse makes better "T and while he is busy making it, i will definitely make efforts to learn the "ART"......
